CONDITIONS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
1. Identification and contact details of the data controller.
UNIVERSAL XXI, SL, domiciled in Crevillente (Alicante, Spain) at Polígono Industrial I-4, Carretera de la Estación, sin número, registered on the Alicante Companies Register in Volume 2270, Folio 212, Page A-55.542, and holding CIF (Tax ID) No. B-53.406.187 (hereinafter, "Universal XXI"), owner of the brand of the same name and the website www.universalxxi.es ("Website"), is the personal data controller. Information about the use the Universal XXI will make of your personal data is provided below.

2. General information: description of the information contained in the Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy contains tables identifying each of the different services offered by Universal XXI.
These tables will inform you about:
- LThe purpose of the processing of your personal data, i.e., the reason why Universal XXI is processing your personal data.
- The legal bases that permit Universal XXI to process data for each of the specified purposes.
- The potential forwarding of your data to third parties, as well as the reason for doing so. For these purposes, we store your data for the term of the contractual relationship or for a longer period if you have authorised us to. In addition, your data will remain blocked for the legally applicable periods in each case for the purposes of legal, administrative or tax claims.

All the fields marked as compulsory in the forms provided must be completed and a failure to do so may mean that the services cannot be provided to you. You must provide truthful information and the use of aliases or methods to hide your identity is prohibited.
Universal XXI will collect the following categories of user data:
- Identifying data: full name.
- Contact details: email address, telephone number and country.
- Other data: data provided by the stakeholders themselves in the open fields of the forms provided on the website or in attached documents.
- Browsing data
If users provide third-party data, they declare they have the consent of the third parties and agree to provide them with the information contained in the privacy policy, exempting Universal XXI from any liability in this respect. However, Universal XXI may conduct periodic checks to verify this fact, adopting the applicable diligence measures in accordance with data protection regulations.
So that the information provided is always up-to-date and error-free, you must inform Universal XXI as soon as possible of any changes or rectifications to your personal data through reception or at the following email address: info@universalxxi.es.
In addition, by accepting this privacy policy, you declare that the information and data that you have provided are accurate and truthful.
4. Exercising your rights
You may exercise the following rights:

- (iii) The right to suppress your personal data, where possible.
- (iv) The right to request limits to the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, legality or need for processing of the data is dubious, in which case we may store the blocked data to file or defend claims.

In this case, Universal XXI will cease processing your data unless it has a compelling and legitimate interest, or for the preparation, filing or defence of claims.
- (vi) The right to the portability of your personal data when the legal basis that enables us to process it, as listed in the table in Section 5, is a contractual relationship or your consent.
- (vii) The right to revoke the consent granted to Universal XXI to process your data.
You may exercise your rights at any time, free of charge, by sending an email to info@universalxxi.es stating the right you wish to exercise and your identifying data.
In addition, you have to right to submit a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you believe that the processing of your personal data has breached data protection law.

6. Security
Universal XXI has implemented and maintains the security levels required by the GDPR to protect your personal data against accidental loss and unauthorised access, processing and disclosures, taking into account the state of the technology, and the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed. However, while Universal XXI will make every effort to protect its customers' data, it cannot guarantee data security in every case. Therefore, once it has received your data, Universal XXI will use rigorous security procedures and measures to prevent unauthorised access.
7. Confidentiality
Any personal data we collect will be processed confidentially and we undertake to maintain the secrecy of the data in accordance with the applicable legislation.
8. Minors
Minors under the age of 18 cannot make purchases through or subscribe to Universal XXI's website and minors under the age of 14 cannot use the rest of the services available through the website without the prior authorisation of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, whom will be solely liable for all actions taken by the minors in their charge, including the filling out of forms with the minors' personal data and the ticking, where applicable, of the accompanying boxes.
9. Conditions of use and intellectual and industrial property
a) User status
Visiting and using the website in any way classifies you as a user of the website ("user") and implies your unreserved acceptance of all of these conditions and the privacy policy. The owner reserves the right to change or suspend pages, or the entire website, or to temporarily or permanently delete the data it offers, at any time, without notice and free of liability to users. Therefore, you accept that Universal XXI is not liable for information deletion, storage failures, content inaccuracy or other circumstances related to the information on its website.
Users do not need to be registered to access the website. However, to purchase any of the services offered by Universal XXI, users must be registered and accept these conditions before formalising the order and making payment
Universal XXI uses the website to offer users information and to sell products, which are owned or marketed by Universal XXI.
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of Universal XXI and of user in respect of the website. These website terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy are the only ones applicable to the user (notwithstanding specific conditions that apply to certain services) and to orders made through the website and replace any other conditions except by prior written agreement between Universal XXI and the user.
b) Intellectual and industrial property
All the website content, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as the website's graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the "content"), are the intellectual property of Universal XXI or third parties (where Universal XXI has prior authorisation for its use). None of the exploitation rights to the content as recognised by intellectual property law can be assigned to the user, except those strictly necessary for use of the portal.
Under no circumstances does access to the website confer any rights over trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs that appear therein.
Regardless of the purpose, their full or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution or marketing requires prior written authorisation from Universal XXI in all cases. Any use not previously authorised by Universal XXI will be deemed a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics not owned by the provider that appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any dispute that may arise in respect thereof.
c) Third-party links
Users who wish to link to Universal XXI's website from their own websites must comply with the conditions detailed below. Ignorance of the conditions will not absolve users from their responsibilities under the law.
The link must link only to the home page of the website but cannot reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of text, graphics etc.).
Pursuant to the applicable legislation, it is in all cases prohibited to establish frames of any type that wrap around the website or enable its content to be viewed through Internet addresses other than that of the website and, in any case, when viewed together with content outside of the website in a way that: (i) causes, or may cause, error, confusion or deception for users as to the true origin of the service or content; (ii) may result in an unfair comparison or imitation; (iii) takes advantage of the reputation and prestige of Universal XXI; or (iv) is prohibited in any other way by the legislation in force.
Under no circumstances does the existence of a link to the website imply the existence of agreements with the administrators or owners of the site that provides the link, or Universal XXI's recommendation, promotion or identification of the statements, content or services provided.
d) Content and services linked through the website
The website access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that enable the user to access other online pages and the website (hereinafter, "linked sites"). In all cases, including those that apply, Universal XXI acts as the provider of intermediary services for the linked sites pursuant to Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and e-commerce, and shall only be liable for the content and services supplied on the linked sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of any illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence.
If a user believes that a linked site features illicit or inappropriate content, the user may inform Universal XXI in accordance with the procedure and for the purposes established in Section 1 above. In these cases, Universal XXI must make the appropriate enquiries for the purpose of deleting or disabling, as applicable, the corresponding link.
Under no circumstances does the existence of linked sites imply the existence of agreements with the administrators or owners of the sites, or Universal XXI's recommendation, promotion or identification of the statements, content or services provided.
Universal XXI is not familiar with the content and services on the linked sites because they are constantly updated and changed. Therefore, it is not liable for any damage caused by illegal, poor quality, out-of-date, unavailable, erroneous or useless content and/or services on the linked sites, or for any other damage not directly attributable to Universal XXI.
e) Service quality
Access to the website does not imply any obligation on Universal XXI to ensure the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. Under all circumstances, users are responsible for the availability of the appropriate tools to detect and disinfect harmful computer programs. Universal XXI is not liable for any damage to the IT equipment of users or third parties during provision of the website service.
10. Updating the conditions of use and privacy policy
These conditions of use and/or privacy policy may need to be updated. Therefore, you should check this policy periodically and, if possible, every time you access the website in order to be adequately informed about the type of information gathered, its processing and the applicable conditions of use. You may find the privacy policy and the conditions of use and sale through a different link with direct access to the website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will notify you of any changes to this privacy policy that affect the processing of your personal data.
